yeah, taking off the side. you dont have to touch anything it's just two screws. nothing should break.

Not without opening the case. It's not hard or dangerous....but it is very important to make sure you have a cooler in there! If you don't you will burn your computer up!

Does anyone else think it's funny that he's afraid to take off the case panel just to look inside, but he's trying to overclock?

Dude, if it makes you feel safer, turn off the computer and unplug the power. Then open it up and let us have a look.
