Well, that's that. Take your comp to someone who knows what they are doing and have them reseat your cooler. There is probably no thermal paste, or a poor job was done putting the paste on. Good Luck!

I would do this like he says. After reading the posts it seems like the best idea. Good luck with it all, hope things work out.

I wouldn't even risk attempting testing it with OCCT to abort at 70. I'd just take it to get repaired. But your choice. THough it'd be sad to see things go to waste if it damages it.
