Is it dangerous to overclock with my current temperature?

I actually asked my friend to help me overclock using the BIOs . But after I showed him my Core temp's he said that its too dangerous to overclock. So I woudl like to hear people's comments. I also wonder why my temperature's are so high..

Stock cooling = The cooling that came with your CPU, if you want to OC you really need to look into getting an aftermarket cooler such as a Thermalright Ultra Extreme (TRUE) or a Xigmatek if you don't want to spend so much.
