I actually asked my friend to help me overclock using the BIOs . But after I showed him my Core temp's he said that its too dangerous to overclock. So I woudl like to hear people's comments. I also wonder why my temperature's are so high..
Stock cooling = The cooling that came with your CPU, if you want to OC you really need to look into getting an aftermarket cooler such as a Thermalright Ultra Extreme (TRUE) or a Xigmatek if you don't want to spend so much.

Not without opening the case. It's not hard or dangerous....but it is very important to make sure you have a cooler in there! If you don't you will burn your computer up!

QFT, let us see.
It's not like we're asking you to take upskirt shots of you [insert family member here] or anything.
We can help you more if we see the inside.
