Biostar TForce 790GX A2+ [vs.] Asus M3A78 Pro

BIOSTAR TFORCE TA-790GX A2+ (VS.) ASUS M3A78 PRO

I can get both for about $100.

I plan to put in the Phenom X4 9950 125W Black Edition. I do believe both of these mobos support this CPU.

------------------------------

I know Asus has a solid reputation, however, Biostar is a rising competitor. Their T-Force series motherboards have been reviewed and rated with the best and are extremely overclockable as well.

Which motherboard is overall superior? Thoughts?

No personal experience with either board, but I am very satisfied with Biostar's quality. Asus's quality is also good. I have a biostar in my comp and there's an Asus in my parents, and both have worked fine. I guess it really might fall down to what has the type of ports/slots that you need.
