Yes it is decent, check load temps with core temp also.

I remember readings from Everest which shows proper core per core temps after 3h of prime95. None of them went over 55c. Should I reseat the HSF?

Might be your imagination, but i would check regularly just to be safe

I'm guessing you mounted it a little bit tilted, and when you looked at it from another angle later on, you noticed the tilt.

Taking the motherboard out, reseating HSF, putting everything back in, damn that's a lot of work...and I haven't really got the time. I'm just gonna leave it the way it is now, however, I'll keep an eye on the HSF.
