According to Tom's Hardware, TJMax of a Q6000 series is 90C for a G0/M0 and 80C for the rest.

If you're asking what TJMax is, it's Intel specification of the max temp of a chip, above that it will slow/shut down. There's sensor on the chip that measures distance away from TJMax and programs use that to detect the chip's temp. TJMax - Distance from TJMax = CPU temperature. The sensor is only accurate over 50C, so if you get a temp below 50C, just assume it's below 50C and not any specific temperature.
