my 250W Power Supply holding me back?

I don't If it's just My cpu or my power supply but i can't get over 2.4GHZ from 1.8GHZ = 600MHZ OC.. you think it's my power supply.. a No Name One To... but it seems to do the job?? ... but you think it's my PS 250W

I don't think it is holding you back. But a new psu is something you should realy get your hands on.

i have the same proc as u and a worse mobo and a cheapy 300 watt psu. it might be ur ram but im gona get a new psu too and i would probly recomend it

set up a divider and make ur ram go the slowest it can and see if u can get over 2.4. Then try lowering ur htt to 3X and uping the chipset voltage
