It is not 300 minimum to beat an air cooled computer. As DirtyDuck said (twice), you could build a bong cooler. Nobody even acknowledged his post.
It amazes me how people will ignore a solution that is right in front of them. A bong can be built for less than the $130 that was quoted which will keep your cpu cooler than any radiator. Yet when it is mentioned people simply ignore it. Is it because it is a diy solution and not something that comes in a kit? Is it because it 'does not look cool and 'l337?
