May I ask...what all did you have to do in order to get them to accept your RMA?
I made a thread on their forums, and it turned out to be a somewhat widespread problem so I was asked by a rep to RMA it. It turns out my board wasn't defective it was just an issue with old bios "profiles" that the board came with. I loaded one of the profiles just to see if my computer would boot with the settings (a minor overclock), and it caused a load of problems even after clearing the cmos.
I ended up having to pay the shipping one way which is kind of absurd. At my UPS store they don't have the proper forms for ground shipping on a company account (DFIs in this case). My UPS store only had the forms for 2 day air or quicker, and the lady in the RMA department said that her company wouldn't be able to afford 2 day air haha.Edited by proTip - 2/9/09 at 3:10pm
