Hi guys, i have a HP a6220.uk computer running an Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 processor clocking 2.00GHz. I was wondering if anybody knows if its at all possible to overclock this CPU? Im completely new to overclocking, so if it is possible, would you mind telling me how?

Thanks alot.

I would not recommend overclocking the system. The CPU its self is fine, however the motherboard bios probably won't give you many options for overclocking (if any), and the RAM, PSU, cooling, and case all aren't very overclock friendly.

You may be able to get a light overclock using a software program, however the real-world performance increase, probably wouldn't be worth the risk to the system.
