8800 Ultra SLI or Single GTX260

Hey,

I have the chance to get another 8800 Ultra for cheap and was wondering if it would be best to run SLI with two or to sell my current one and go out and get a GTX260 Core 216.

Lemme know!

I'd go with another 8800Ultra, cheaper and almost same performance for 1680X1050 monitor.

Hmmmmm.... 2x128SP at 612MHz vs 216SP at 576MHz.

I would say 8800 Ultra are better for the most part. It will stand out more at higher resolutions.
Once again...

HX series is awesome. HX1000 should run two 88 Ultras, no prob.

And yea the Ultra is still a tank. Two Ultras even more so.... They will really start pulling their weight at resolutions 1920x1200 or above. Hell, my single 8800GTX runs almost all new games maxed with AA at 1920x1200.
At long last...
