You can push it as long as it is stable and the load temp is at or below 65C, its really just not worth screwing around with the stock cooler when a better one can be had for $40.

None of those motherboards will really offer much overclocking headroom. Check out your options on the for sale section of these forums. Otherwise check out the prices for a P35 based motherboard like a Gigabyte P35-DS3L, if you’re trying to overclock on a budget.

Stock cooler, 3.0-3.2Ghz range would be a good goal.

there aren't a lot of motherboards to select to here. there's is actually no P35 mobos in the shop. there are only those and P45 and some SLI/Crossfire mobos which are really expensive. yeah im in a budget xD

ive read some reviews that Gigabyte GAG31M-S2L G31 can overclock with just the FSB and multiplier(correct me if im wrong) but not the voltage.
if this is fine then up to what FSB can i increase without increasing the voltage?

First of all don't buy an Intel brand motherboard if you plan to OC.

Out of those boards I like these I've listed below. What I would do is download the manual for them all ,read it and pay close attention to BIOS options. The flexibility of a good BIOS is a plus when OCing. The e5200 with an FSB of 800 is not going to be pushing the limits on a board rated for 1333. Lack of good BIOS features will be a big factor. Also look and see if you can find a vdroop pencil mod for any of these. Of course you should read the manuals and make sure it has any other feature you might need. Never buy a board w/o reading the manual. Good luck, happy building.

oh thanks pizzaman. i also liked the GAG31M-S2L although it doesnt provide much OC headroom. but it does allows changes to FSB but i dont know about the multiplier and im sure that it doesnt allow voltage change which is good coz i dont want to play with voltages )
