I was stable @ 3.375, but at a heatpipe boiling 1.53v. 3.4Ghz failed orthos in about 45 min @ 1.55v, and i'm just not willing to go higher on air. I'd settle for 3.4Ghz if you can get it.

I have the same processor as you.

Anyways, my stable speed is 3.3 GHz. Well actually I've had it stable as higher but temps were too high for me.

I've had the cpu at 3456 MHz, 223 x 15.5, 1.475 V. Ran 3dmark06 and super PI so I guess it was sort of stable.

At 1.5 V my computer won't really start up, I get a BSOD.
