Here are my MIT settings:

Robust Graphics Booster - Auto
CPU clock ratio - 9x
cpu host clock control - enabled
cpu host frequency mhz - 333
pci express frequency - 100
c.i.a2 - disabled
system memory multiplier(spd) - auto
memory frequency - 667 833
DRAM timing selectable (spd) - auto

System voltages:
DDR2 overvoltage control - + 0.1v
PCI-E overvoltage control - normal
fsb overvoltage control - +0.1v
(g) mch overvoltage control +0.2v
cpu voltage control - normal = 1.32500v

Try setting your SPD to 2.0. It will run your ram at 667 (what they are rated for). Also try setting the FSB Voltage control to +0.2v.

The P35 Gigabyte boards had bad vdroop, so also try setting vcore to 1.35v and if it boots, see what CPU-Z reports for vcore when the CPU is under load.

I tried what you said

set memory multiplier - 2.0

fsb volts - +0.2

still nothing , its saying its at 2400mhz x9

so im running out of options...

take out your cmos battery for a while and try it again. good luck!

how would resetting the bios help? The options will just be defaulted and I would start all over again... I don't understand what difference that would make...
