Everyone says vista about 10% slower in games than XP.

Well if Vista SP2 is 10% faster than Vista SP1, than wouldn't this make Vista SP2 = XP for gaming?

It should either take away his RAM or VRAM. I believe protocol dictates to take away from his RAM, which would lead him into a horror story of unbootableness.
