[TT]Exclusive: ABIT closing its doors on December 31st - Page 6

This has already been posted, but I'm too lazy to find the link, so I won't go all "REPOST REPOST OMG" like most people. I will just mention that they actually made some decent stuff, and they will be missed.

Foxconn is my fav. But abit had the Ip35-pro which was a LEET board. To bad they never released the IP45-Pro. Its sad to seem them go.

Thanks for not going "REPOST REPOST OMG". I don't like that. Just a kind "this was reposted earlier <insert link here>".

I checked the search and I didn't find it so I ended up posting it.

Abit will definitely be missed

THAT is the board I was trying to think of before. I heard so many good things about that board back in the early C2D days. It was up there with the P5B, people just didn't use it for whatever reason.

Abit was the board of choice for a lot of competition overclockers back in the day. Their marketing must have failed them.

I believe so. When I first started out I remember wanting to get an Abit so bad so I wouldn't have to play with jumpers, I could just boot and go.

The first build I ever did on my own was an Abit, I'd like to think I'll miss them, but in reality I haven't seen anything of theirs that's piqued my interest.
