Hmm, 1000MHz is more than I expected, but at 5-5-5-15-2T timings that's still pretty mediocre. The G.Skills that are CAS4 at DDR2 800 will probably reach the low to mid 900's on 4-4-4-12 and should reach the high 1000's, if not break the 1100 mark on 5-5-5-15-2T. Good to know that the cheaper ones are still ok memory though. Lots of CAS5 DDR2 800 kits won't break 900MHz, which is sad

I'll sit here and pretend to know what those timings mean o_o

in all honesty I will overclock the cpu and maybe the video card in my new build, although i dont know how to do that yet (research ftw?) but i honestly have no clue what timings in RAM mean >_>
