Oh and Microsoft doesn't need to come up with commercials that bag their competition (because they don't need to).
i know something about computers. i own two macs. i've never had the need to re-format either them in the 2-3 years i've owned them. Never had a funky experience installing/uninstalling something.

"Then you are just a stupid end user"

Well, yeah... i guess. I mean, I do spend all my time in a terminal using vi instead of playing gamez...

In the end, sometimes its nice to just run on a microkernel as opposed to a corporate behemoth.

I was never gonna call you "a stupid end user" (namely because you own Macs and PCs), the thing that I was ranting on about was stubborn Mac users (the ones that dread and flame a PC, let alone own one).
Those guys start bs'ing and talking about games + performance when the most they've seen was the casing, peripherals and the UI of their machines. Then the Mac ads come along talking crap about PC instability, machines only used by boring fat accountants, Vista issues (ones that were fixed ages ago) etc.

So yea, that post was aiming at the Mac fanboys. Yes, I did own a Mac, until the whole PC gaming thing kicked in for me.
