830 core, 950 memory, BIOS flashed with improved powerplay (400/950 with reduced voltages) and more aggressive fan profile for 45C idle ~60C Load.

It did seem stable up to 860, but I backed it down to make sure I wouldn't get any artifacting or whatnot. As far as the memories, again I was looking to prevent artifacting, and at 950mhz it gets ~124GB/s bandwidth, that's probably enough.

I still have my custom BIOS file if anyone wants it, so far its worked pretty well, 0 stability issues and I don't need Riva open all the time.

Would a 850/950 gain more than a 800/1070?
