Memory Card for Modded PSP Slim

Thread Starter
I am thinking about modding my PSP Slim. Right now I have a 2GB memory stick, and I was thinking about buying a 4GB one to put my PS and PSP games onto. I was wondering though if anyone would happen to know if an 8GB Stick would work either?

I had an 8gb mem stick on my old modded psp, as long as its a memory stick pro duo, it will work on your psp, might as well go nuts and get an 8gb, it just depends on how many games you want on hand. There is some tool to cut down the size of psp iso's, I forget what it's called, but it generally is a bad idea, unless you really dont have the space.

Ahh ok sweet! I am definitely going to get an 8GB stick then. I want to put as many as I can onto the Memory Stick. Would you be able to help me get mine modded? I am buying a pandora battery to downgrade the firmware.

The program is called UMDGEN. IT is used to compress ISO files to cso files so the games are smaller.

I can help getting your psp modded with custom firmware. There's also a guide somewhere in this section.
