I believe that board only supports Nvidia SLI.

Yeah, it's only works for SLI. I figured you were gonna use the 8800GT in your sig rig.

If you want to upgrade to a Phenom I/II in the near future, I'd highly recommend an SB750 board. It is more expensive, but well worth it in the long run.

Mobo - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128352 - $129.99

Processor - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103289 - $66.00

Ram - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145184 -$24.99 after MIR

HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136074 - $54.99

PSU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341012 - $24.99 after MIR

Total - $300 after MIR's.

If you can afford it, I'd get this PSU instead:

Good luck !
