Couple of Questions

Thread Starter
I feel like a distro change, is it best to get a 64 bit distro? or stick with 32 bit bearing in mind I only have 2GB of ram.

Next quesion, I've always used gnome and never tried KDE, XFCE etc. What are the advantages of said window managers as opposed to gnome?

if you only have 2GB i would stay with 32 bit. the main reason being easy flash use.

Unlike Windows, there's no good reason to stick with 32-bit Linux if your processor supports 64-bit (and it does). And you can just get 64-bit Flash 10.
