Missing my tabbed Nvidia utility... what was it?

I used to have a set up where when I checked out display settings there would be all sorts of extra tabs, including a tab that let me OC my Nvidia 260. But I have since reinstalled Vista64 as well as my drivers and I no longer get that tabbed Nvidia-themed menu. I found nTune (which bluescreens my PC) and Nvidia System Tools, but neither give me that convienent tabbed alteration of my Vista menu. It was a really neat Nvidia utility panel with tabs across the top... I could do everything from resize my monitor to OC my card.

Do you know what I was using and how I can get it back? I'm using a 260 GTX on an Asus P6T mobo under Vista 64-bit.

Yeah, it was tabbed and looked very similar to that but wasn't quite that. Is there something by Nvidia that behaves like this too?

By the way, is RiviaTuner compatable with my Vista-64?
