I agree with all, 9800 GTX. While I lack the hands on experience (I am mobile). You are talking trading the top (at one point) Nvidia card for 2 lesser ATI cards. I mean within even their own series they are midrange not performance (50 vs 70) and not even the 48xx series. Two cards have been improving but at this point 1 card with power still wins. I read the benchmarks and at best what are we at? 40%? And that is at best not really real world.

As I said I know less about this than I should but in mobile the newer card is better than the previous SLI/CF.

I like ATI but no I don't like the trade.

And for the record I don't like dual cards (I am poor). Too much for too little. I play COD4 at 45 FPS avg on my notebook. I know desktop cards crush mobile both would do fine but so why change?
