RMA problems with WCS

Hello.

Im trying to get an answer from WCS about a RMA I did. I haven't yet recieved an answer on my emails regarding this matter, except one which said the matter is redirected to the "proper department". It has been 8 working days since the RMA was made. Is this normal for this company?

NO, not normal a tall, if you give rob an email on rob (at) watercoolinguk (dot) co (dot) uk an email

State: Name, order number and say watercooling shop as well
