You can create a batch file with Notepad or any other text editor. Just save the file as a .bat extension.

The command to launch programs is "start", so for FAH you would have something like this in your text file:

start C:\\Users\\foo\\bar\\FAH6.exe
start C:\\Users\\bar3\\foofoo\\FAH6.exe

You could use "start /min" to start the programs minimized.

well im trying to launch 3 shortcuts to the original fah.exe's, so when i add the directories of the files what would add to the extension of the shortcuts? It tells me directory not found if i just do this

Code:
start C:Users*****DesktopFoldingCPU1Folding@home-Win32-x86 - Shortcut
so is there an extension i should add to the shortcuts name?

You'll have to make the batch file start the original FAH .exe's (the ones your shortcuts are already linking to)

Throw the entire file path in between quotes. The blank spaces in the shortcut name are causing errors.

BTW, the extension for a Windows shortcut is .ink

took out the spaces out this is what the wordpad looks like:

start C:\\Users\\*****\\Desktop\\Folding\\CPU1\\Folding@ home-Win32-x86-Shortcut
start C:\\Users\\*****\\Desktop\\Folding\\CPU2\\Folding@ home-Win32-x86-Shortcut
start C:\\Users\\*****\\Desktop\\Folding\\GPU files\\Folding@home-Win32-GPU-Shortcut

tells me the selected path not found, im pretty sure the paths are right though

EDIT: adding .ink gave me same results

Interesting.... What might be worth trying is creating a shortcut to the shortcuts and then just copying the path from the new shortcuts' Properties window.
