GA-965P-DS4 (Rev 1.0) help

Thread Starter
Basically I'd like to get my FSB to 400 on this particular board, roughly how do I achieve this? It's failed to boot at 400 before but I'm currently on 300.

Looking for 3.2GHz (400x8).
