well i would say get the eVGA 260 (216 core) but see if you could strech out your budget maybe the slightest and get the 750i XFX or eVGA, i perferre eVGA but the tend to cost a bump more. the 750i would be a great board. it's a good overclocking board.

also i would suggest if your going to do an SLI setup in the future, get the Corsair 750TX, it comes with all the connectors you will need and it runs my two 9800GTX+ in SLI great.

You can't SLi on the P45 chipset. Only crossfire. So get the 4870 if you want to run a multi card setup.

The gigabyte is the better board of those two as well.
