How do I record CS:S in game

Thread Starter
What is a good free video capture program?
I wanted to record some counterstrike source in-game.
I have x-fire, but it wont record sound from the game, only from my ventrilo for some reason, a fix to that problem would be even better.

any help is much appreciated.
