Need help, rig may be fried.

Ok my folding rig

E8400
Blood Iron
Buffalo 2x1gb
antec earthwatt 450
IDE hdd

Basically the power company screwed up and turned off power to the house, when they weren't supposed to. They turned it back on and all my computers save this one were ok. When I boot it up it goes in a super fast beep...beep...beep....beep...beep...beep. No pauses, never ending. It sounds like its booting(can hear hdd spin up, fans ok) but then beeping and never stops. No vga output either.

So far I have swapped the video card, pull ram sticks, reset cmos.

Even though it runs everything?
could you test it with a multimeter?
If juice is getting to the system things would be powered, BUT if enough juice isn't getting there it may still run but act crazy.
*that's my shot in the dark*
My blood iron never beeped at me. I miss her so.

That happened to me once as well, and since I've learned to get those surge protectors installed on every computer.

It depends, when it happened to me, my PSU, MOBO, CPU and my two Hard Drives were fried. All I could salvage was my Video and Sound Card and optical drives which I then gave to my friend.

It happened to my brother-in law and only his PSU was fried.

Need to test everything I'm afraid starting with the PSU.

I have a psu tester it is fine on voltages. I have a surge protector, but in case you didn't know they are not 100% either.
yeah i was thinkin it could be anything really
but my guess is PSU or HDD, especially since you had already run some tests..

hmm...well really it could be one little capacitor on the board that screws everything up
have you checked for leaking caps?

a leaking cap just has like a little bit of brown or dark colored liquid coming out of the top, or it could just be disconnected from the board all together, another thing coulda been that it just simply got fried, northbridge coulda fried, anything really
