I have this problem, too. On Evga 780i with TRUE. It runs fine, so I guess this is ok.

Imho, that bow is "okay", although it does seem excessive for a stock push-pin cooler.

Fwiw, PCB's are really rather resilient and durable. I doubt that you will have any long-term issues with the setup the way that it is as it sits now.

If you are feeling nervous about it, you could remove the cooler and take another look at the mobo to see if the warp remains when no pressure is placed on it... which reminds me... is this a "used" mobo?

There was no warp when I got it, I looked at everything closely when I opened it because I bought it openboxed, no marks, cracks or bends that could be considered abuse

Ive never seen a board bend like that before, but if you've ever tried to break one in 2 via any means possible then its pretty hard just to get a crack. Should be fine

My motherboard did the same thing with the stock cooler.. I didn't even turn the computer on like that, ordered a hdt with bolt through kit and it doesn't bend the board at all.
