when installed, pretty much forget about the tabs. Go to the 2nd drop down list and click the triangle on the right side. it will bring up a few items. click the far left one, and it will bring you into the oc side of things. MAKE SURE TO CLICK THE FAN TAB and set your fan up to 100% until you know you are keeping it cool under overclock. If you have more than one GPU, then select the second gpu from the top drop down menu and repeat steps above.

Here is the pop up

Basically you just move the slider on the core/shader (keep them linked for now, so they move in synch as you move one of them) up in increments of say 25.

Download ATI Tool, and use Scanning Artifacts option and watch for yellow dots/lines appearing. Keep the scan running for about 30-45mins or so on a given core/shader value. Once a scan hasn't showed any errors, move the slider up further. Keep repeating the process till you see yellow dots/lines appearing - this will be your limit, so now you need to move the slider down a touch.

Once you've found the stable speeds, look at the hardware monitor and look at the temps. If you find the temps to high, move the slider down a bit till you're happy.
