BFG UK Phone number?

Hi there. I have been searching BFG's website for a phone number to contact them with reguarding my Far Cry 2 bundle that still hasn't arrived after a month and a half. All the phone numbers I can find are for the US and Canada. There is an e-mail service but it is for tech support only and not general questions.

If anybody could find me a UK number to call or a general questions email address I would be very greatful. I have been waiting to play Far Cry 2 for a long time now..

Edit: I have found an international number, however again it's for tech support which I don't need

I tried searching and I found several websites of people talking about how they just dont have any support outside the US. It seems that their phone system is 100% based in the US, even their website says so.

Well i'm gonna have a try at using the tech support email address again. I used it before about 2 weeks ago but I never got a response.

Man, I thought BFG were renowned for their UK support? Or did I get confused with another vendor?

it partners based in wales is the place you get rma's from and stock of bfg tech i.e gpu;s motherboards psu's etc....

tel : 01443816100 they may be able to help you

to use bfg tech support email etc.. you need to of registered your card within 30 days of purchase to be valid under the warrenty BFG do NOT give the game with the card its down to the ETAILER you bought it from to send the game

so your best bet is to contact who you bought it from and ask them to send the game etc..

I know this is a very old topic. But thanks UkGouki! I asked them where the hell my card had gotten to not wanting to ring there US line and after about two mins of conversation he said he would email me, i was a little unsure and wanted a answer on the phone but he insisted.

Gave him my email and within 15mins he sent a Email!

" I have found the card you sent in. The reason why it hadn't been processed was because I kept it aside as I could not find a valid RMA number to book the card in. Now I have your RMA number the card has been booked in and the replacement card will be sent tomorrow. If you would like I can email you the tracking number when I send the replacement? My apologies if this has caused you any inconvenience. "

nice there a really good bunch of guys down there i buy quite a few supplys from them its how i know the number as i have rma'd more than 1 bfg product lol
