3.2Ghz to 3.6Ghz

Mines is at 3.2Ghz with an Arctic Freezer 7

had my e6320 to 3.2 on stock intel cooler and it never went above 55c

I had a E6400 cpu overclocked to 3.6ghz using a Enzotech Heatsink w/a 120mm Scythe S-Flex F fan.

I wouldn't recommend overclocking with the stock cooler. It's all about your processor and motherboard, how long you're able to go with a stable system.

It doesn't matter what cooler you use as long as temps are kept in check.

I'm not sure about your thermal specs, but the E6320 in my rig is good up to 60C. I have it hit 57C load TOPS...I can probably push the chip further, but temps are limiting me.

I plan on running this chip forever or at least till it dies. I want to say at least once that I saw a chip run till it died while running it within spec.
