Doubtful that you will. A driver that doesn't work on 64-bit hasn't been allowed in the kernel for a long, long time now. Much longer than MS has been putting out 64-bit OSes.

64 bit FTW!

Seriously, there is hardly any important app that doesn't have a native 64 bit version. Now that Flash is 64 bit, that pretty much is reason for everyone to upgrade to 64 bit if they haven't already (Flash player was a major PITA for new users, but it has been fixed. Thanks Adobe, now just get to work on security please).
