Thoughts on Dell S2409W 1080p Monitor?

Linky

Im out for a new monitor and this one caught my eye, mainly for the price and connectivity available (VGA, DVI and HDMI), plus with the res and aspect ratio it will make a good movie screen.

Any good or bad thoughts on it?

(Keep in mind the price for this is my price wall, If you recommend another monitor please do not suggest anything more expensive. Thank you)

I wouldn't buy from acer i've seen to many cheap designs from them asus makes pretty decent monitors but i would personally go with a 30 inch monitor and make sure you have a video card that supports 2560x1600 (better resolution than 1080p (1920x1080) if you look around on you may find one thats about 800-1000$) greatest quality picture around.

Get this one if your wallet won't be killed trust me you will be amazed at the quality of 30 inchers.

It looks alright, though I would personally choose a 24" with a native resolution of 1920x1200 (WUXGA). All of the major manufacturers make good LCDs. This is Cnet's favorite 24" (and it's a dell)

I think my wallet cried a little when It saw that

Seriously, though, I appreciate your suggestion but I have a rock hard limit of £220 for a monitor, and those Dell 1080p monitors are priced very aggressively.

If you have any suggestions in tht price range for a better deal then by all means fire away

Sidenote: Im looking for something with HDMI in as well as Im considering a PS3 later next year, and dont want to have to buy a television just for it.
