ok i tried to validate it again. the only thing i got was a blank file. by hitting F7.

ok now i checked the cpu id folder again and i have a .cvf file but i don't know what to use to open it to make sure iot's the proper validation

ok thanks. well i ended up having to do a complete new install not sure what it was but i narrowed it down to something in my bios, caused my network to have no network. i narrowed it down to a voltage change made me not allow network acess so i completly redid system with x32 bit to check out how 32bit does with only 3 gigs memory. so far aint seen this problem yet but then again hav'nt been looking. prolly gigabyte needs to come out with an update to the bios cause i really like this board.

It's probably a bug so the board doesn't read the multi correctly, no way in hell that it's really running at 30Ghz or your computer would've been fried by now.

Its a BIOS bug...they need to start fixing X58 and fast.
