Trying to figure out how to access this part of the Bios. THanx??

Isn't that a software package that you use to write the actual BIOS? Based on some reading, it's commercial software, not readily available to the public...

Edit: It's a new type of BIOS... perhaps, though probably not it will replace the current form of BIOS... I think a derivative of it may eventually become a standard though.

So my understanding is that this InsydeH20 is a new type of interface between the Hardware and Firmware.
