Then that means you don't have enough power. Those cards are extremely needy of power. They need a ton of Amps on the rails. Your PSU most likely doesn't have enough to power them.

You need to sell what you have and use the funds towards a new PSU with 1000W and more amps on your 12V rails.

Also, with your specs, you seem to have enough money to get what you need, so I don't see any reason why you went with a 750W PSU..
