Those are the same BIOS. It's just that you have the graphic splash screen enabled in the BIOS.

Did you plug your CPU fan into the CPU fan header on the mobo? Is it actually spinning? You can disable the fan warning in the BIOS if you need to.

EDIT: Oh wait, I see you're doing passive CPU cooling. Disable the fan warning in the BIOS, or plug one of your case fans into the CPU fan mobo header.

I've seen this error before with coolers with a fan. All you need is a bios update, if that doesn't fix it go into the bios and turn off the fan warnings.

Download the latest bios, put it on a USB thumbdrive, go into your bios and select EZflash.

It is reading there is no fan connected to the fan header. Your going passive, so if you were to plug in a case fan into that slot, and trick it into thinking its cooling the CPU, the warning would go away.

ASUS has been using American Megatrends BIOS for as long as I can remember (at least the mid-1990s). They're customized for each different model of motherboard, but you'll always see either that logo, or the Ai/ROG splash screens (*if enabled in BIOS), or both.

Probably under "Power" then "Hardware Monitor". Or something fairly close to that.
