Yea, on boot-up you'll want to press F8 I believe it is and browse through your BIOS and see if you have any options to change anything for your CPU.

Flashed the new ones and yup, can't change them... No 3rd party stuff that can bypass it? God I hate Dell...Thanks for the help guys. Guess all I can do now is get a new GFX. yay!-ish. And once I do, X-mas rocks, I'll be back to OC that thing.
