P5Q Over volting?

I noticed that despite having my Vcore set to 1.46v in the BIOS, Everest and other programs are picking it up as 1.47v idle and 1.49v under load. Is there a reason why it's actually putting more in under load?

Try enabling/disabling loadline calibration in the bios, beyond that i am not sure
