Corsair HX1000 problem

Thread Starter
i just got my new corsair hx1000 which i upgraded my old hx620 with. i have a problem though, if i use the hx1000 i will get an exxessive amount of system lockups every other 5 seconds for a duration of about a second and a half. switching the old hx620 back in fixed that problem. i need some advice as to why my PSU is doing this, also you think i should RMA it back to corsair, and how do i do that, never RMAed back to a company b4

thanks

Why not return it to the retailer instead of Corsair?

To RMA your product through Corsair, fill out this RMA Form on their website.

Also, you can RMA it through tigerdirect, but you should be fine using the link above.
