thanks its clear that asus/gigabyte P45 are great
but what is the diference between asus/gigabyte P45 and P43 like the GA-EP43-S3L ?
(I just want PCIEX V2.0. and OC my E2160 to 3.00Ghz)

The P43 should not have any problem OCing your E2160 to 3.0Ghz.

But, for $15-$20 more you will be certain that the P45 will get you there and then some.
