You can't on that board. I currently have it, am fed up with it, and ordered an EP45 UD3P.

The P5K SE that I have only reaches 425 FSB max, with no NB Voltage settings.

Also the board has a massive vdroop.

Maybe you'll have better luck than me though.

Start by setting cpu voltage to 1.35 in bios (which should be around 1.3 in windows on that board) and trying 400 FSB and 9X Multiplier.

Should net you 3.6GHz

Never put your voltage over 1.362 in Windows

EDIT: If that does not work, put the voltage up to 1.375 in bios

Set try to keep the ram around its stock speeds for now. Then you can push the ram later once you have a stabilized overclock on the CPU.

Make sure that transaction booster is at disabled and the relax is set to level 3. It helps keep the NB stable.

Make sure your PCI-E Speed is at 100MHz and not on auto, that way it locks it incase your system ups it by auto.

Keep GTL voltage Reference (I think thats what its called) at auto.

Manually put it in.

Also I found out the settings I had forgotten.

Keep PCI-E Spread Spectrum Disabled
As well as CPU Spread Spectrum

Also, Clock Over-Charging Voltage can be adjusted to whatever you find to be the best setting for it. Many people find it better when set to 1.00v etc. Play around with that one.
