That's what the XSPC res/top is for. It replaces the stock top on it and allows you to use 1/2" barbs.
Oh I see.

Do you think its actually worth going with the ThermoChill rad if I can't grab any decent high cfm fans here?

If you don't want those Sunons, then yes, get the thermochill. 84 CFM will be enough to keep the BI GTX happy though.

Would this radbox do the trick for haging the rad off the back of my 1200?

Ok then so here we go:

I decided to get the ready made coolant because I can't be asked to go hunting around for Distilled water. I may also add another 3 fans in the future.

I will start buying this lot in the next month after I have a sold a couple of things.

Cheers guys

Fans - I forgot to ask. What is your tolerance for noise?
Thats some good advice there.
You could probably loose the ugly clamps though, I have 7/16" Tubing in my loop and when you put it on 1/2" barbs it takes a hell of a lot of force to get it off, it would never come off on it's own.

I agree that you don't really need them, but better safe than sorry IMO. Especially for first time watercoolers.

And Rocker, those lists look great, you're set.

Fair enough, i just think those jubilee clips look nasty as, this type work well (installed them on a mate's loop) and look much nicer imo. http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/cata...p?cPath=61_101
