crysis wars problem

Thread Starter
So I downloaded the crysis wars trial and the graphics are terrible in my opinion (compared to what I was expecting). For example with max settings and highest AA/forced AF, everything seems blocky and when you look at the leaves there is nothing but blured colors, no actual detail like I was expecting.....I have checked forced settings, tried forcing settings etc and have image quality in nvidia set to highest quality. First off, I thought that I wouldnt even be able to play this game at full 16xqaa (which I can quite comfortably)..Is the incredible realism that crysis is known for not 'built in' to crysis wars or something? Is there something I should do?

thanks

Instead of having nvidia try to delegate what to do, just have it set to allow the game to make its own settings. Telling the nvidia control panel to force programs into the highest detail is probably causing a conflict.
