honestly, I'd say to reboot, the router, modem, and then see if things work? maybe the router got a surge, and dumped it over the network... another thing I would do is go to your local store and buy a cheap router, see if that fixes things... if not, return it...

i did.... like a million times and it still wont work..... tried connecting computer directly to modem and it still doesnt work
