Try some old drivers and see if you get the same results. Make sure to boot in safe mode and run Driver Cleaner pro. I also go ahead and delete the driver folder in the nVidia folder.

How long have you had the card, it might be time to bust out the can of air and clean out the heatsink/fan. Furmark is a pretty good program for testing GPU stability, it does a nice job of testing and the fuzzy doughnut makes it easy to pick out any artifacts.

umm
ur card is almost dead? lol
yea, so just try to lower the core and memory clock
and see if the artifacts still show up
if they still do, then maybe its time to upgrade to a better card, lol
if its still warranty
then just request an rma online

I'd say first return it to stock speeds. Then run ATI tool scan for artifacts. If it still does it RMA it.

Question, are you running AA in that game? I ask because I was running AA in BF2142 with the 180 drivers and had bad artifacts just similar to what you are showing. trying turning AA off if you are using it.

I am running XP and I had issues with the 180 series of drivers so I rolled back to the 178.28 drivers, I have had no issues since plus I get a better PPD when folding
