Hi guys. Im new to Overclock.net and at overclocking. I want to strech my CPU a bit more then its now, but i don't know how. My CPU is on a MSI K9N-SLi motherboard.

i have a problem already.. when i go into BIOS, it sais the frequency is at 2.2
i think is from the old CPU (AMD 4200)

check to see if amd coold and quiet is turn on if so disable it. and reboot to bios.
what dows it say in the main bios page(advance option?) cpu, ram, hdd's.

do you have the proper bios to run the cpu?

f10 is save and exit. will restart the bios after you make changes.
load defaults then f10 will put it back to stock settings and restart the computer.

which 6000 version do you have? you might have to update the bios.

you might need a bios update.
try using this.
